Questions
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. Free does not ask for a card. The 14-day Trader trial does.
What happens when the trial ends?
The plan renews at the price you picked, monthly or yearly. Cancel in Billing before the trial ends and you will not be charged. We email you three days before the end.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing and choose Cancel plan. You keep the plan through the date you already paid. Alerts then drop to the Free limits. Rules over the Free limit pause. They are not deleted.
Do you refund a plan I already paid?
We do not refund unused days on a monthly or yearly plan, except where the law says we must.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly?
The plan limits are the same. Yearly Trader is $144, which is $36 less than twelve monthly payments. Yearly Pro is $288, which is $60 less than twelve monthly payments.
