Not investment advice
Updated 13 October 2026.
Terminal describes market events. It does not tell you to buy, sell, or hold any asset. It does not tell you to enter or leave a position. A note, an email, a chat reply, or a help article is not investment advice, not a solicitation, and not an offer to buy or sell anything.
Virtus Blockchain Labs is not your broker, advisor, commodity trading advisor, exchange, or fiduciary. We are not registered with the SEC as an investment adviser or a broker-dealer, and we are not registered with the CFTC as a commodity trading advisor. We do not manage money for you. We do not place trades for you. We do not take a share of your trades.
You choose the symbol and the rule. We do not ask about your income, your taxes, or how much risk you can take, and we do not tailor a recommendation to them. Your own instructions can change the wording of a note. They do not make the note advice from us. An alert about a price, a funding rate, open interest, or another market statistic is still a description of that statistic. It is not a recommendation to enter or leave a position.
Crypto prices move, and you can lose money. A note about the past is not a forecast. A count of earlier alerts is not a promise about later prices. The model that writes a note can be wrong, can skip a fact, or can phrase a fact poorly. Numbers come from the data the service collected for that run. If a figure is missing, the product says it is unavailable. It does not invent a price.
You make your own decisions. If you need advice for your situation, talk to a person who is allowed to give it.
