Account deletion

You can delete your Terminal account yourself. It takes a minute and cannot be undone.

Open Account and choose Delete account. Type your email to confirm. Then choose Delete my account. If you cannot sign in, write to contact@tokensmarketcap.com from the email on the account and ask us to delete it.

Deletion removes your sign-in, alert rules, watchlist, and destinations. It cannot be undone. Past alerts stay without your name or email, so the public Scoreboard keeps its counts. Support requests keep your email until 24 months after they close. Payment records stay, with your personal details removed. Open unpaid invoices are canceled. The Privacy Policy says how long we keep payment records.

A paid plan ends right away, and the days left are not refunded, except where the law requires it. Credits left on the account are not paid out. API keys and connected apps stop working. To keep a plan to its end date, cancel it in Billing first.

There is no export button in the product yet. To request a copy of your data, write to contact@tokensmarketcap.com from the email on the account. Include what you want copied.

Sign out is separate. It ends the session on this browser and leaves the account in place. To change your name, see How do I change my name, sign out, or delete my account?.
