Refund and Cancellation Policy
Questions about this policy? Contact support.
Updated 23 October 2026.
Effective: [Effective date: set when published]
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. The checkout form controls the price, the period, and whether a charge renews. If the checkout form and this policy disagree about the price or the renewal, the checkout form controls for that purchase. This policy still controls refunds. A shorter sentence on a pricing page does not shorten a refund this policy requires.
Seller details
Before you pay, California law requires us to show who is selling and how refunds work.
- Legal name: Virtus Blockchain Labs LLC, registered in New York
- Street address: 1735 62nd Street, Apt 2R, Brooklyn, NY 11204
- Support email: contact@tokensmarketcap.com
To have these seller details sent to your email, write from the account email to the support address above. We will send them to that email.
The same block is shown on the billing page, above the payment buttons, when these pages are published. The price is the price in US dollars on the button you choose, before any tax the checkout adds.
Credit packs
A credit pack is a single charge. It does not renew. We do not store your card number. Card checkout is handled by Stripe when card payments are open. A crypto payment, where a page still offers one, is a transfer on a public network to the address the invoice shows. We cannot reverse a crypto transfer.
Spent credits are not refunded. Deleting the account does not cash out credits that are left. Cancel an invoice you have not paid from the billing page. An unpaid invoice is not a charge.
If we charge you twice for the same pack, or we charge you and do not credit the pack, write to us and we will refund the mistaken charge.
Plans that renew
A paid plan renews for the period shown at checkout, at the price shown there, until you cancel. If checkout offers a free trial, the first paid charge is when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. The trial length is the length shown at checkout.
We email you before a trial ends, and before a plan of one year or longer renews. The email states the amount, the date of the charge, and how to cancel. After you start a renewing plan, we email a confirmation you can keep. It repeats the price, the period, any trial, and how to cancel. Once each year we email you the plan name, how often it is charged, the amount, and how to cancel. If we change the price, we email you the new price and how to cancel at least 7 days and not more than 30 days before the renewal that uses the new price.
If a renewal charge fails, we email you. The plan stays on for 7 days while the card is retried. Then the account moves to the free plan.
New York and California renewal laws
We are a New York company. New York's automatic renewal law (General Business Law section 527-a) applies to our plans, and so do California's rules (Business and Professions Code section 17600 and following). Under these laws:
- Before you pay, checkout shows the renewal terms clearly: the price, how often you are charged, that the plan renews until you cancel, any trial and when it ends, and how to cancel.
- We charge a renewing plan only after you agree to those terms by checking the box.
- After you start, we email you a confirmation with those terms and how to cancel.
- You can cancel online, in Billing, as easily as you signed up.
- If we change a material term of the renewal, such as the price, we tell you clearly before the change applies, and how to cancel.
- If we raise the price and you did not agree to the new price, you can cancel within 14 days after the first charge at the new price, and we refund the unused part of that period. [Counsel: confirm against General Business Law section 527-a(1)(b-1).]
If we charge a renewal without meeting these rules, the law may treat what we sent as a gift, and we refund that charge. [Counsel: confirm the New York rules, including any change to section 527-a after this draft.]
How to cancel
Cancel a renewing plan in Billing, or by writing to contact@tokensmarketcap.com from the account email. Online cancellation will not be harder than signing up. If we offer you something to stay, you can still cancel in that same step without accepting the offer. Cancel before the renewal date to stop the next charge. You keep the plan through the end of the period you already paid for, except where this policy or the law requires a refund.
Cancel an unpaid invoice on the billing page. That does not require a support ticket.
Deleting the account is a different step. It cancels a renewing plan immediately. We do not refund the days left in the period you already paid for, except where the law requires a refund. We do not cash out credits that are left.
When we refund
We refund a charge in these cases:
- The law requires it, including where an automatic-renewal rule, such as New York's or California's, requires a refund because the renewal terms were not disclosed as the law requires, and including a cancellation right the law of your place says we cannot take away
- We billed the same purchase twice
- We took payment and did not credit what you bought
- We confirm a billing error
There is no short deadline on a billing error. Write when you see it.
We do not refund a credit pack because you used part of it, because you changed your mind after credits were spent, or because a note disagreed with your view of the market. We do not refund days left on a plan period that has already started, except for the cases in the list above.
A crypto transfer that you sent is public and we cannot pull it back. If the rules above say a crypto payment should be refunded, we will return the value in the way we agree with you in writing, after we confirm the payment.
How to ask
Write to contact@tokensmarketcap.com from the email on the account. Include the invoice reference and what you want corrected. We will reply by email. We may ask you to confirm you control the account before we refund.
Refunds of card charges go back through Stripe to the original payment method. We do not offer cash for remaining credits.
