How do billing and cancellation work?
Paid plans are not open yet, so no trial can start. Free needs no card. See Plans.
When a plan starts, we email the plan, the price, the next charge date, and any trial dates. A monthly plan gets one email a year, in the 30 days before its anniversary. A yearly plan gets one email from 45 to 15 days before renewal. A price change email gives the current price, the new price, and the date it first applies.
Open Billing from Settings, under Plan and billing. Choose Cancel plan, then Cancel at period end. You keep the paid plan through the date you already paid. Then alerts follow the Free limits. Rules over that limit pause. They are not deleted. If you move to a larger plan again, they start again by themselves, oldest first, as far as the plan has room.
We do not refund unused days on a monthly or yearly plan, except where the law says we must. If a charge looks wrong, write to contact@tokensmarketcap.com within 14 days.
The pay button shows the amount charged, in US dollars. Paid checkout stays off until the seller's name and address are on the page.
Invoices stay in Billing. View invoice opens one. A payment receipt email is the record of a charge. It is not a record of a trade.
