How do I change or cancel my plan?
Open Settings, then Plan and billing. That screen is Billing.
Free is $0. Trader is $15 a month, or $144 a year. Pro is $29 a month, or $288 a year. Paid plans are not open yet. Free needs no card. See Plans.
To cancel:
- Choose Cancel plan.
- Choose Cancel at period end.
You keep the plan through the date you already paid. Then alerts follow Free limits. Rules over that limit pause. They are not deleted. Keep my plan leaves it running until that date.
Change plan switches the plan or the billing period. Update card changes the card. If a charge fails, update the card by the date on the screen.
Credit packs are not open yet. Once they open, they will be $5 or $20. Alerts in your plan do not spend credits.
We do not refund unused days on a monthly or yearly plan, except where the law says we must. If a charge looks wrong, write to contact@tokensmarketcap.com within 14 days.
If the seller name and address are not on file yet, paid checkout stays off. You can still use Free. Invoices stay on Billing.
