An alert did not arrive. What should I check?
Open Today first. If the alert is not there, the rule did not fire. Check the coin, the level, and that the alert is turned on. Free checks run about every 5 minutes. Trader checks run about every minute. Pro checks run about every 15 seconds. A short window can miss a move between checks.
If the alert is on Today, look at the badge. Muted, snoozed, held for quiet hours, and held for the daily limit all mean we recorded it and did not message you.
If there is no badge and your phone still has nothing, choose Send a test on Alerts and quiet hours. A failed test tells you the destination needs to be connected again. We retry delivery on our side. You do not need to recreate the rule.
Phone alerts arrive sooner than email. Email also waits until the address is confirmed. If you already opened the alert in Terminal, we skip the extra email.
Timing after a check is a target, not a promise that every message lands inside a minute.
